Train and Tram Drivers Permit Requirements
This document applies in relation to the driving of trains and/or trams on a railway network that is certified by the Rail Safety Regulation Authority for public use and provides a list of minimum mandatory requirements and tasks (associated with the train and tram driver permit), for which the Railway Operators, Service Providers and other stakeholders are responsible. This requirements document provides supplementary information to the clauses in the Law on the Regulation of Railway Affairs and should be read in conjunction with the law.
